The Company:

Positive Vod Contacts is a multi-faceted consulting firm specializing in lead generation, research and marketing for a variety of industries including real estate, private equity, cannabis, and investor software. We offer out of the box solutions and prioritize personalized interactions with prospects in order to drive growth for our clients.  

The Position:

As the first college intern, your job will be… Exciting! I will be available to help with your growth and ability to succeed. The position will support me and the PVC clients with a variety of projects and tasks including:

  1. Lead Generation
    1. Calling prospects
    2. Emailing prospects
    3. Working on social media to contact prospects
  2. Research
    1. Creating excel spreadsheets, white papers, and blog posts for clients
    2. Finding important data on competitors and synthesizing into easy to understand data
  3. Marketing
    1. Working in Adobe Suite to create pitch decks, executive summaries, track records, manager bios and more
    2. Working in PowerPoint to create slide decks for clients  

Time spent on any of the above activities depends on our client flow and their needs. For example, one month could be entirely dedicated to calling prospects and setting up client meetings. Another month could be entirely dedicated to creating an investment memorandum for a client. Most likely there will be a little bit of everything each month. 

Skills/Attributes/Experience:

Required

  • Positive attitude
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow best practice guidelines
  • Some knowledge of CRM systems
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Ability to make phone calls and send emails
  • Base knowledge of social media

Preferred

  • Positive attitude- Always looking for ways of self betterment and always ready for a challenge
  • Maintaining structure and consistency are top priorities
  • Readiness to make CRM systems your bible
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Suite
  • Go get em attitude towards calling clients and prospects
  • Top notch Instagramer, tweet master, LinkedIn pro, Facebook junkie

The Location, Hours and Pay:

The team works entirely remotely and the position requires 15 hours of focused work each week. Within a week those hours are largely determined by you.

Commissions– Each team member, regardless of title is given compensation for referring new business to the firm. Details to be discussed in the final interview.
