We Walk the Walk
Client happiness and satisfaction are our # 1 priority and we don’t just talk the talk we strut the walk. Our initial discovery consultation is free and if you are not satisfied after your first week working with us, our contract can be voided free of charge.
Efficient Communication
PVC has a preferred method for communicating with clients each week. Here is a snapshot:
- Weekly Virtual Meetings- two, mostly static 30-minute meetings at the beginning and end of the week with a designated member of your team
- Discussion Channel– dedicated Slack, Microsoft Teams or Google Hangout channel devoted to PVC work
- CRM Tracking– ongoing access to your CRM system for easy tracking of our progress with prospects and projects
- Progress Reports– sent on Friday to be discussed on Monday’s calls
- Document Sharing– through One Drive, Dropbox or whatever file-sharing system your team uses
